Please read the entire agreement. By using and ordering from this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.
Shipping
Depending on stock inventory, products should be received by customer within 5 to10 working days of you placing your order.
The shipping cost is independent of any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. These charges are levied by your local government and is your responsibility. Wrapit Solutions is not responsible for any such local charges applicable to your order.
Payment
We only accept credit or debit card payments at time of purchase. Credit card details must clear the authorization process at time of order before order-processing is initiated.

Safety
Your safety is your own responsibility. This includes but isn’t limited to: using Wrapit-Solutions products only as recommended by the manufacturer, and ensuring you have the necessary qualifications, skills and experience to implement systems that use Wrapit-solutions products in a safe and responsible manner.
The Wrapit Solutions Wrappa product is a low voltage device with a relay approved for switching voltage levels at no more than 60V.
Use of the instructions, kits, projects and suggestions on wrapit-solutions.org is at your own risk. PT Wrapit Solutions Bali disclaims all responsibility for any resulting damage, injury, or expense. It is your responsibility to make sure that your activities comply with applicable laws in your country. Wrapit Solutions is not responsible for your product function or certification if you choose to use a Wrapit Solutions product in some broader design.
Return and Refund Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You must inform us of your decision by using the contact form or e-mail contact@wrapit-solutions.org
If the product has already been shipped, then Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer and at customer's expense. We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. We're reasonable people and we trust you are too. Contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to help you out.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
Goods that have been marked or show signs of usage
Goods that have been tampered with either hardware or software
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the expense and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Limited Product Warranty
We warrant Wrapit Solutions Manufactured Products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days following the date of delivery to you. We will replace, repair or credit you for any confirmed defective product at our option. Please contact support@wrapit-solutions.org with any issues.
Warranty will not apply if a Wrapit-Solutions product fails or is damaged after delivery to you due to accident, abuse or misuse.
No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PT Wrapit Solutions Bali, and its suppliers, shall not be liable to you, or any third party, for any indirect, exemplary, special, consequential or incidental damages of any kind arising in any way out of use of the products, including, without limitation, personal injury, loss of profits, revenues or data, or costs of replacement goods.
Privacy
We store your phone number, order history, email, shipping and billing addresses in your user account. For your security, credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are NOT stored. User information is only used to ship goods and to contact you in case of an order or shipping issue. We do not, and will never, sell or give any of your information to any third-party or send you any unsolicited advertisements.
